The Job
As a debtor management employee at TransConnect, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the accounts receivable department. You ensure accurate and timely processing of sales invoices and contribute to efficient and error-free financial administration. You are an important point of contact for customers and internal departments and contribute to the optimization of our financial processes.
Job Description
- Invoicing and Processing: Send invoices to customers and ensure accurate processing of payments in the system.
- Payment Monitoring: Proactively monitor outstanding invoices and customer payments. Contact debtors to collect outstanding amounts and make payment arrangements.
- Customer Communication: Maintain communication with customers regarding outstanding receivables, send payment reminders and make payment arrangements if necessary.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on outstanding accounts receivable, payment behavior and any risks. Analyzing trends and making recommendations to improve accounts receivable management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Finance and Customer Service to resolve payment issues and optimize processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and procedures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of financial administration.

What do you bring?
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in financial direction
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a financial administrative position
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and Excel
- Affinity and experience with accounts receivable management
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of Dutch, English and German
