Your role
As a Software Architect, you are the driving force behind the technical vision and architecture of our platform. You translate business goals into scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. Working closely with our development team and other stakeholders, you play a key role in continuously improving our technology.
Your responsibilities include:

Designing and optimising the software architecture of our platform

Collaborating with developers and product owners to define and enforce technical guidelines

Ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all systems

Evaluating and implementing new technologies and frameworks

Coaching and guiding the development team on best practices and architectural principles

Actively contributing to continuous improvement and innovation at TransConnect

Embedding innovations into the existing architecture and aligning them with our long-term technical vision

Translating customer needs into technical roadmaps and clear priorities
Who are you?

At least 5 years of experience in software development, including several years in an architectural role

Deep understanding of software architecture principles, cloud solutions, and APIs

Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks such as PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React

Familiarity with private cloud environments and VPS architecture

Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts
