What will you be doing?
As a Software Quality Manager, you’ll be at the heart of safeguarding and enhancing software quality within TransConnect. You’ll develop and implement strategies to guarantee the reliability, performance, and security of our platform. You’ll work closely with the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders to embed quality from the very beginning.
Your responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a quality strategy for our software development

Setting up and improving test processes, including automated testing

Collaborating with developers and product owners to ensure best practices for code quality and testing strategies

Monitoring software performance and proactively identifying areas for improvement

Guiding and coaching teams on quality-driven workflows

Keeping up to date with the latest trends in software quality and test automation
Who are you?

At least 5 years of experience in software quality and testing, preferably in a lead or coordinating role

In-depth knowledge of test automation, CI/CD processes, and software quality techniques

Experience with tools like Selenium, PHPUnit, Cypress, or similar frameworks

Familiarity with private Clouds is a plus

Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide teams

A proactive, analytical mindset and the drive to continuously improve
