It’s no coincidence that Flotte! is known as the flottenevent des jahres. With 340 exhibitors across 23,000 m² of exhibition space, it’s Germany’s largest networking event for fleet professionals – and we were there. Not just to observe, but to engage. We spoke with fellow exhibitors, visitors, partners, suppliers, fleet managers, familiar faces and new contacts.
Everything about fleet management, all in one place
From leasing and telematics to damage handling and legal services – Flotte! covers every corner of the fleet management landscape. Industry leaders such as Audi, Emil Frey, Allane Mobility Group, AUTO1, BMW, Daimler Truck, Ford, MAN, VW, Shell, AutoProff, Autorola, Europcar, Stellantis and Aral Fleet Solutions were all present.
This year’s key themes were fleet electrification and digital transformation. The latter is something we at TransConnect focus on daily. It was inspiring to see how the German market is navigating these shifts and what smart, scalable solutions are emerging as a result.
Inspiring conversations, practical insights
What stayed with us most? The conversations. Honest, forward-looking discussions about today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities. Topics like sustainability, scalability and the smart digitalisation of fleet processes. These exchanges didn’t just spark ideas – they gave us energy and sharpened our focus.
We also noticed how well organised the event was. Every detail had been thought through, allowing space for meaningful interactions and unhurried discussions.
TransConnect in the mix
Naturally, we brought our own flavour to the event. Our giveaway was a hit – jars filled with car-shaped sweets and mini Porsches brought smiles (and the occasional sugar rush). And for those up for a bit of fun, our throwing game offered a guaranteed prize and a moment of shared enjoyment.
Moving forward, together
Flotte! confirmed what we already sensed: the future of fleet management is connected, digital and human-focused. But it also gave us new ideas – about how others approach similar challenges, how fast innovation is moving, and how vital collaboration is.
We look back on a valuable experience, but above all, we look ahead – to the conversations still to come, the ideas that will evolve, and the partnerships we’ll continue to build.
