Before vehicles are released, the loading location scans the QR code using a smartphone.
After scanning, one of the following outcomes is shown.
The carrier is authorised to collect the vehicles.
The confirmation screen displays key order details, including:
The power of attorney is no longer valid, for example because the order has been cancelled.
In this situation, the vehicles must not be released. The loading location is instructed to contact TransConnect before proceeding.
If scanning is not possible, the PIN code can be used to manually verify the order details.
