How can we help you?

Is it allowed to change the planning of an order?

If you are unable to reach the location on time, you are allowed to change the pickup/delivery date in the portal. If the delay exceeds one day, contact the logistics team to resolve the issue or send a “replan request” via the portal, which you can find in the order

Who can book a transport service with TransConnect?

At present, our service is available exclusively to car dealers and not to private individuals.

How do I know if my vehicle has been picked up?

You can follow the entire shipping process in your account. Through notifications in your account and by email, we will keep you informed of the shipping status. This way you know exactly when the vehicle was picked up or delivered.

Can you see what time the transporter is coming?

Contact TransConnect and we will consult with the driver for any time information.

How much does it cost to transport a vehicle?
