Are there additional costs for transporting a non-driving vehicle?

Yes. If a vehicle cannot drive under its own power but can be rolled, a towing fee of €60 per vehicle applies. This fee only applies if the non-driving condition of the vehicle was not communicated to TransConnect before the order was placed. If you know in advance that a vehicle cannot drive, always mention this when placing the order to avoid additional charges.
