Can I be charged for parking costs during transport?

Yes. If parking costs are incurred by the carrier during loading or unloading, these costs will be passed on to you provided they have been recorded on the CMR signed by you at the time of the transport.

To avoid unexpected parking costs, ensure that the pickup and delivery locations have adequate access and parking available for a transport vehicle on the scheduled date.
