Can I change my billing details after placing an order?
Yes. You can update your billing details yourself in the TransConnect portal, as long as the invoice has not yet been generated. Changes made before the invoice is generated are automatically applied to the invoice.
If your VAT number or company registration number (KvK) changes, a new customer account must be created.
