Can I request a specific pickup or delivery time?

 It is not possible to select a guaranteed specific collection date. You can indicate a preferred date in the additional information field when placing your order, and TransConnect will do its best to take this into account.

However, at least 3 to 4 working days of availability is always required to arrange the collection.

When creating the order, you must enter the opening hours for the selected collection day — the carrier will collect the vehicle on the scheduled date during those hours.
