How do I change my email address or password?
You can reset your password yourself at any time by selecting "Forgot Password?" on the login page at clients.transconnect.com. Your email address cannot be changed directly in the platform — to update it, contact our Sales team or your dedicated account manager and they will be happy to assist you.
