How do I file a privacy complaint?

If you have a complaint about how TransConnect handles your personal data, contact us at privacy@transconnect.com. We will handle every complaint internally and communicate the outcome to you.

If you feel we have not adequately addressed your complaint, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
