How much does fault freight cost?

Fault freight amounts to 50% of the agreed transport price excluding VAT. In cases of partial fault freight — where only part of the transport cannot take place — a proportional amount applies. The fault freight charge must be recorded on the CMR signed by the customer before it can be invoiced by TransConnect.
