How will I be informed about a waiting time charge?
Waiting time charges are recorded on the CMR by the carrier at the time of the pickup. TransConnect will inform you about any applicable waiting time charge. If the waiting time exceeds 90 minutes and additional costs are to be charged, these will always be agreed with you in advance before being invoiced.
