I have already paid — why am I still receiving a reminder?
It is possible that your payment and our reminder crossed. If you have recently paid the invoice, you can disregard the reminder.
If the invoice still shows as outstanding in the TransConnect portal after a few working days, contact our Finance team at admin@transconnect.com or by phone at +31 88 369 0706 and provide a payment confirmation if possible so we can check and process your payment quickly.
