 The TransConnect client platform is web-based and can be accessed via any browser on desktop or mobile. The dedicated TransConnect Carrier App is available for iOS and Android, but is designed specifically for transport partners and drivers — not for customers placing orders. You can download the Carrier App via the App Store or Google Play.
