What does the aviso mean and how does it work?
For some transport orders, an aviso time of 24, 48, or 72 hours is required. This is always mentioned in the order itself. It means the order must be planned at least 24, 48, or 72 hours before the scheduled pickup.
The aviso is sent automatically from the TransConnect platform once you have added the driver details and the license plate of your truck to the order. Certain loading locations — such as auctions and logistics centres — require the aviso to prepare the vehicle for transport in advance.
Always take the aviso time into account when planning your orders. Loading vehicles outside of the aviso time is at your own risk.
