What happens if my claim is accepted?

If your damage claim is accepted and does not need to go through the insurance company, you will be asked to send your invoice for the repair costs. Once TransConnect has received the invoice, payment will be made to you as soon as possible.

If the claim does go through the insurance company, the timeline and process may differ — TransConnect will inform you of the next steps in that case.
