What needs to be prepared before the carrier arrives for pickup?

 The vehicle must be ready for collection on the scheduled date. The carrier will bring the CMR, which will be completed and signed together with the pickup location. Photos of the vehicle will be taken before transport, and the vehicle's condition will be documented on the CMR.

If the carrier also needs to collect additional keys or vehicle documents, these must be recorded on the CMR at the time of pickup. If a pickup code or document is required, ensure it has been uploaded to the TransConnect portal in advance.
