What should I do if I notice damage during loading or unloading?

If you notice any damage to a vehicle during loading or unloading, you must contact TransConnect immediately, take photos of the damage, and record it clearly on the CMR. It is essential that this is done correctly and before the CMR is signed.

If damage is not properly recorded on the CMR at the time of loading or unloading, you as the transporter may be held liable for the costs.
