What terms and conditions apply when I place a transport order?

Every transport order placed through TransConnect is governed by a forwarding agreement (expeditieovereenkomst) between you and Transporting Wheels B.V., trading as TransConnect. This agreement incorporates the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX, May 2018) as a binding attachment.

By checking the acceptance box when placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the agreement and its conditions.

A copy of the signed agreement is stored in your TransConnect account.
