When do I get my compensation certificate?

 Compensation certificates are issued on a quarterly cycle. Once your order is placed, TransConnect works with Ecommit to purchase and retire a matching quantity of carbon credits. Because credits are retired periodically in batches rather than per individual order, it may take longer than one quarter before your certificate is ready.

The certificate confirms the retired credits, the verification period, and a unique certificate number.
