Where can I find the TransConnect terms and conditions?

TransConnect's services are governed by the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden), as lodged by FENEX with the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam on 1 May 2018. When you create an account and place your first transport order, you accept a forwarding agreement that includes these conditions.

A copy of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions is attached to every transport order.
