Why is my account locked or inactive?

 Your account may have been deactivated for one of the following reasons: you are no longer operating as a car dealership, you have outstanding unpaid invoices, or you have failed to comply with our processes and terms and conditions. If your account was deactivated due to outstanding invoices or non-compliance with our terms, it may be possible to reactivate it, subject to a discussion and mutually agreed conditions.
