Will I receive updates during the transport?

Yes. You will automatically receive email notifications at key moments during the transport process. These include when the transport has been scheduled, when the vehicle has been collected, and when the vehicle has been delivered.

You may also receive additional notifications during the process — for example, if you need to sign a power of attorney or provide a pickup code. In the event of an unexpected delay or cancellation, you will also be notified automatically by email.
