When will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice is generated once the transport has been completed and the order has reached the status Delivered in the TransConnect portal. In most cases you will receive it shortly after.

If your transport has been completed but you have not yet received your invoice, contact our Sales team at sales@transconnect.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +31 88 369 0700.
