Do I receive a confirmed pickup and delivery date?

 Yes. On average, it takes a few working days before the transport schedule for an order is confirmed. Once a carrier has accepted the order and a schedule has been entered, all three involved parties automatically receive an email notification: the pickup location, the delivery location, and the person who placed the order in TransConnect.

When creating the order, you can choose how far in advance these parties should be notified — the available options are 1, 2, or 3 working days before collection, or immediate availability, meaning the vehicle can be collected without prior notification.
