What are the Dutch Forwarding Conditions?

The Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden) are the standard industry terms established by FENEX — the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics — and lodged with the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam. They govern all services provided by TransConnect, covering topics including liability, payment conditions, insurance, force majeure, and dispute resolution through arbitration.

All TransConnect agreements are subject to Dutch law under these conditions. A copy is attached to every transport order and available on request from our Sales team.
