What documents do I need to submit a damage claim?
To submit a damage claim you will need the following: clear photos of the damage, a copy of the signed CMR with the damage clearly noted on it, a short explanation of the damage, and a cost specification or repair estimate if already available.
If the cost specification is not yet available at the time of submission, you can send it later. However, the claim itself must still be submitted within 2 working days of delivery.
