What is the difference between lead time and delivery time?

These are two separate things. Lead time is the number of days between the moment you place your order and the date the vehicle is collected by the carrier. Delivery time refers to the agreed delivery date shown on your order — the date on which the vehicle is expected to arrive at the delivery location. Both dates are visible on your order in the TransConnect platform.
