Which international transport conventions apply to my transport?

TransConnect acts as a freight forwarder under the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX). Where applicable, the CMR Convention — the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road — also applies to international transports.

Arbitrators appointed under the FENEX Arbitration Rules apply the provisions of international transport conventions, including the CMR, where relevant.
