Which law and jurisdiction applies to TransConnect's terms?

All agreements with TransConnect are governed by Dutch law. Disputes arising from or in connection with a transport agreement are settled by arbitration in accordance with Article 23 of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions and the FENEX Arbitration Rules.

TransConnect also reserves the right to submit undisputed financial claims to the competent Dutch court at its place of business in Zwolle, the Netherlands.
