What happens if the carrier cannot access the pickup location?
This depends on the reason for the issue. If the vehicle cannot be collected due to incorrect information — such as inaccurate opening hours or the vehicle not being present at the specified location — TransConnect may charge additional costs to compensate the carrier for the expenses incurred.
In most cases, these costs amount to 50% of the total transport price. To avoid this, always ensure that the information provided in your order is accurate and that the vehicle is available at the specified location on the scheduled collection date.
