If the carrier arrives at a compound on the scheduled pickup date and finds it closed or inaccessible, contact the TransConnect logistics team immediately at logistics@transconnect.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +31 88 369 0700.
Our team will work to find an alternative solution as quickly as possible. If the compound is closed due to incorrect opening hours provided in the order, this may be treated as a failed collection and could result in waiting time or fault freight charges.
To avoid this, always verify and enter the compound's opening hours accurately when placing the order.
