Who arranges the pickup of the vehicle?
The transport process is managed almost entirely by TransConnect. The carrier selects a collection date based on the availability you provided when placing the order, and once the transport is scheduled, all involved parties automatically receive an email notification with the planned collection date.
Your only responsibility as a customer is to ensure the vehicle is ready for collection on the scheduled date. If the carrier requires a separate pickup document or pickup code, you must upload this to the TransConnect portal in advance.
