How do I submit a damage claim?
You can submit a damage claim directly through your TransConnect account. Follow these steps: log in and go to My Wheels, select Unloaded, click Details on the relevant order, then click Report damage and follow the further steps in the platform.
Make sure you have your photos, a copy of the signed CMR with the damage noted, and any available cost specifications ready before you start. The claim must be submitted within 2 working days of delivery.
