What do I do if the vehicle is delivered with damage?
If damage is found at delivery, it is essential that this is recorded on the CMR during the visual inspection before signing. If damage is not noted on the CMR at the time of delivery, it becomes difficult to determine when it occurred. Once the damage has been recorded, you can submit a damage claim through your online account within 48 hours of delivery.
The claim should include photos of the damage, a copy of the signed CMR, and if available, a repair estimate or cost specification. After submission, you will receive feedback within 5 working days on whether the claim has been accepted.
