What happens if the vehicle is not ready at the compound on the scheduled pickup date?
If the carrier arrives at the compound on the scheduled pickup date and the vehicle is not ready for collection, contact the TransConnect logistics team immediately at logistics@transconnect.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +31 88 369 0700.
Our team will contact the compound and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, waiting time charges may apply if the carrier has to wait beyond the first free 30 minutes.
If the vehicle cannot be collected at all due to circumstances attributable to the compound or customer, fault freight charges may also apply.
To minimise this risk, ensure all required documentation and pickup authorizations are uploaded to the TransConnect platform before the scheduled pickup date.
