What should I do if the car is not at the pickup location?
If the car is not available at the pickup location, contact the TransConnect logistics team first to discuss the next steps. If the car is not far away and you can still load it, you can proceed with the order for an additional fee of €0.90 per kilometre.
If the car is too far off-route, you may be able to charge fault freight of 50% of the transport price for the missed collection — but only after discussing this with the logistics team. Do not charge additional costs without prior agreement.
